I want to create a infrastructure for help musicians admin their courses

Ich möchte als Leiter einer Musikschule gern eine Automatisierung bauen, die den Anmeldeprozess von der Website hin zu einem Kennenlernen-Treffen vor Ort begleitet. Im Fall einer Wartezeit möchte ich gern per email einige Newsletter mit relevanten musikalischen Themen versenden und den Interessenten Lust machen, ihren musikalischen Ausbildungstraum zu verwirklichen. 

Bisher nutzen wir Hubspot als CRM, Calendly für die Buchung von Terminen und eine WP-Seite musikerfabrik.de um unsere Angebote zu beschreiben. Ich würde gern in WP Artikel erstellen in einer Art Blog und sie sollen idealerweise auf Grund von bestimmten Merkmalen ausgespielt werden. 

Und wir sind noch totale Anfänger im Bereich von Automatisierung. Herzlichen Gruß, Frank
